Job Title: Events Coordinator
Location: On-site in Costa Mesa, CA
Type: Full-time, Contract (3 months to start; potential to extend or convert)
Pay Rate: $34–$40 per hour
Start Date: ASAP (Targeting Q3 start)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Events Coordinator to support a variety of internal corporate events. This is a newly created role with an immediate opening. The position will report directly to an Events Specialist and contribute to the planning and execution of engaging onsite events ranging in size from 100 to 300 attendees. No travel required.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong event logistics experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
