Job Title: Events Coordinator

Location: On-site in Costa Mesa, CA

Type: Full-time, Contract (3 months to start; potential to extend or convert)

Pay Rate: $34–$40 per hour

Start Date: ASAP (Targeting Q3 start)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Events Coordinator to support a variety of internal corporate events. This is a newly created role with an immediate opening. The position will report directly to an Events Specialist and contribute to the planning and execution of engaging onsite events ranging in size from 100 to 300 attendees. No travel required.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong event logistics experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for internal events, including catering, vendor communications, and rental setup
• Assist with onsite execution for recurring employee-facing events (e.g. a multi-day concert series open to employees and guests)
• Ensure clear documentation and follow-through across all vendors and event elements
• Manage on-the-ground logistics during events, ensuring seamless setup and breakdown

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle event planning (corporate or private events; wedding planning experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and vendor management experience
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, low-ego team environment
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
