We’re looking for a Bar Manager who shares our vision, leads by example, and can take our bar program to the next level.
Position SummaryAs Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily operations of the bar, leading a team of bartenders and barbacks, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You'll craft and maintain an innovative, high-quality beverage program that aligns with our brand — rooted in tradition but always with a fresh perspective. Fast paced, high volume experience preferred, nightclub-like environment during the weekends
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and inspire bar staff to provide outstanding service and maintain high standards.
Oversee day-to-day bar operations including inventory, ordering, staffing, and scheduling.
Develop and maintain a cocktail menu that reflects our identity — craft, classic, and fresh.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws.
Collaborate with the culinary team for food and drink pairings and seasonal menu updates.
Monitor and manage costs, including labor, liquor, and waste to achieve profitability goals.
Engage with guests, handle feedback, and cultivate a welcoming, memorable bar experience.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the bar area at all times.
3+ years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.
Passion for hospitality and commitment to excellent guest service.
Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
Experience with inventory management and POS systems.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Mixology certification or beverage program development experience a plus.
